I'm Filthy, and I Stink...

.. but I just completed my first City to Surf! 


I entered the 12km walk along with a bunch of my work mates. I was all like yeah, I can do 12kms easy... until I met the hills. Ouch! And a bikram class the day before probably wasn't the best idea :P


But I made it, and at the end we were greeted by our corporate tent, where I pretty much counteracted all the physical exertion I'd just put myself through by downing 2 hotdogs, 2 powerades and a bottle of water for good measure ;)


Silly me forgot to keep my own time, so I guess I have to wait until tomorrow when I can access it online.


Already looking forward to next year!

My official results: 12km walk total time: 1hr 48mins 11secs. Overall event placing 1,369. Category place (Female 19-29) 305. Gender place 904.

What's the Time Mr. Wolf?

A nice little package hand delivered by my BF on Saturday contained the last of my anniversary presents: this GORGEOUS Michael Kors gold chain link watch.

I've been eyeing this bad boy for a while and have always thought 'next payday, next payday' so when the BF asked what gifts I wanted, this one pretty much topped the list. Haven't been too bothered reading the manual, so I haven't set the chronograph properly

So that's one item I can cross off my lust list, now if only I could get my hands on a Birkin...

Tagged along to my former university's economics/commerce society ball last night. Made me feel a bit old haha.

How cute is this hoodie my BF had made for our anniversary (there's a super cheesy photo of us on the back haha!). And because I'm so gangsta' he got me one like a trillion sizes too big, but it's super comfy for slothing around the house on a day like today.

My list for today includes sorting out my washing, cleaning my room, picking up a dress for tonight and possibly firing up my laptop to get some work done (hello TOIL!)

This sunshine outside is a welcome change, might just have to add a walk to my list and see if I can get a hint of a tan :P
